Cranberry picking was on my mom’s bucket list. We decided to adventure to Cranguyma’s U-Pick in Long Beach, WA, to cross it off the list.
I had no idea what to expect nor what cranberries look like as a plant even.
They grow close to the ground, which I for some reason thought like a Huckleberry or Blueberry they grew on a bush. They grow in a short bush.
Within about 45 minutes, 3 adults picked 15 lbs. Which was 4 gallon Ziploc bags full.
I tried to recall my cranberry sauce recipe from last year but apparently I didn’t save it. So I created my own this year.
